I have participated in numerous Duane Morris webinars and have found them all to be very helpful and informative. One thing I always look for when participating in any seminar or webinar is practical information that I can really use in the everyday application of my job. Duane Morris has not let me down yet. The material is covered at a fast enough pace to keep my interest, is easy to understand and sometimes has the added benefit of being humorous especially when Jonathan Segal is the facilitator. An added bonus is that I don’t have to leave my office! My company has multiple sites in different states and we have used webinars for company-wide training too. As a regular attendee of various courses offered by the Duane Morris Institute I have grown accustomed to the very high standard of excellence in both the presentation and overall content of these classes. Earlier this year I attended the Strategies to Prepare for and Successfully Conclude Collective Bargaining Negotiations course offered by the Institute and presented by Tom Servodidio. Based upon my past experiences with the Institute I had high expectations and I certainly was not disappointed. I found this course to be extremely comprehensive, well researched and presented in a highly professional manner. It was clear that Tom had a strong command of the subject matter not only from a legal perspective but also from a strategic perspective. One of the best things that has happened to me professionally was discovering the Institute. Courses offered are always pertinent to my job and provide the latest developments on the topic. Classes usually last about 2 hours, so it’s easier to be away from the office for part of the day instead of the entire day. The attorneys are extremely knowledgeable about the subject matter, they provide the attendees with an abundance of information that can be utilized immediately, they answer any questions the attendees have and they have wonderful senses of humor that make the sessions most enjoyable.
